ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER:

SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with the coordination of the daily activities of Branch Operations and for providing functional supervision to assigned staff. Assists branch staff with the implementation of policies and procedures and maintains effective member and staff relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned. Performs all cash functions including daily balancing of the vault, cash shipments, deposits, foreign items, issuing cash from the vault to tellers, monthly balancing of traveler’s checks and quarterly audits. Is aware of and is able to articulate BSA, OFAC and the U.S. Patriot Act requirements.

TELLER:

SUMMARY
Responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, loan transactions and data changes. Operates computer terminal and balances cash drawer daily. Processes member requests regarding various Member Service functions. Responds to inquires about Credit Union policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned. Is aware of and is able to articulate BSA, OFAC and the U.S. Patriot Act requirements.  Staffs a teller window daily. Processes transactions in-person, phone, fax, email and by mail. Completes the following member service requests: problem reports, check stop payments, temporary checks and account statements.
