We are an Ann Arbor based, full service financial institution open to staff, students and alumni of the University of Michigan, staff and students of Washtenaw Community College, and employees of other groups in Washtenaw and Livingston County within 25 miles of one of our seven offices.

Business Development Representative
Summary:
Develops and maintains relationships with select employer groups (SEG’s)
that meet the membership qualification guidelines established by the Board of
Directors. Identifies opportunities and initiates activities to increase
membership and the use of credit union services within each employer group.
Member Service Phone Center Representative
Summary:
Provides member service by telephone, email and or fax. Investigates member
inquiries concerning fraud, delinquency and account errors. Gives account history and provides efficient loan
and account services information to members. Requires a thorough knowledge of Symitar and all credit union
operations, policies, products and services.
Full Time Teller
Summary:
Responsible for processing deposits,
withdrawals, loan transactions, and data changes. Operates computer
terminal and balances cash drawer daily. Processes member requests
regarding various Member Service functions. Responds to inquires about
Credit Union policies and procedures. Provides back-up for walk-up
teller and ATM functions.
