When is the fee posted to my Interest Checking account?

It is posted at the end of the business day on the last day of the month.

If the balance in my Interest Checking account drops below $400 for one day only, am I still charged the $4 fee?

Yes.  You will be charged the $4 fee for that month if the balance drops below $400 for any length of time during that month, even if it's just for a day. If the fee drops below $400 for more than one day, the fee is still $4 for the month.

What are the major differences between your three checking accounts?

The major differences have to do with interest paid and maintenance fees. Basic Checking does not pay interest and there is no monthly maintenance fee. Interest Checking pays a tiered rate based on your balance and there is a $4 monthly fee if the balance drops below $400 at any time during the month. SelectChecking also pays a tiered rate of interest. There is a flat $5 monthly fee for SelectChecking that entitles you to additional benefits not available with Interest Checking or Basic Checking, such as a savers club book and travel discounts.

Will my Visa Check card work overseas?

Outside of the United States, the Visa Check card only works in ATM machines displaying the Visa logo. It can be used for purchases at millions of merchant locations worldwide where Visa debit cards are accepted. If you only have a savings account, you can use the CU24 ATM card  in any machine worldwide displaying the PLUS network logo. So, if you're planning a trip overseas, take a Visa check card or the CU24 ATM card with you for maximum convenience.

How can I get copies of my canceled checks, and what is the charge for this service?

Is there a way I can cover funds, in case I write a check and there's not enough money in my account to cover it?
