What is TellerPhone?

TellerPhone is an audio access system which allows you to "talk" to the credit union computer and get information about your account. It is a free service.


What is the TellerPhone phone number?

There are two numbers: 734-662-2533 and 1-800-96TOUCH


What do I need in order to use TellerPhone?

  • A touch-tone phone
  • Your account number
  • An access code
  • Account identification numbers for share savings, checking, TSAs, and other sub-accounts. Identification numbers are listed on statements and transaction receipts.
  • List of service codes.   

What types of transactions can I perform using TellerPhone?

Some of the transactions include:

  • Balance inquiries
  • Transaction histories such as last payroll deposit, last deposit, recent ATM transactions
  • Transfers
  • Check Withdrawal

Can I use TellerPhone to transfer money to my child's account?

Yes, you can transfer money to your child's account. Transfers can also be made between accounts as long as the member is an owner on both accounts.  


Can I change my access code at any time?

Yes. After you enter your account number and the current access code, enter 80# and you will be prompted to enter your new code. 


What if I forget my access code?

Contact the credit union to have your code reset.
