About security:

  • Our site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, so that your account information and transactions are masked.
  • In addition to encryption, MemberNet® makes use of a time-out feature, so that if you leave your computer idle for a short time, you must log in again to continue accessing your account.
  • You have the ability to change your password anytime. We recommend changing your password frequently.
  • When you log on to MemberNet®, a window will pop up informing you of the last successful and unsuccessful attempts to access your account.  This includes attempts you may have made through our audio response service, TellerPhone.
  • This window will let you know when the last unsuccessful attempt to access your account was made (e.g. if you accidentally typed the wrong access code). If the number of unsuccessful attempts seems unusually high, please contact us immediately (734-662-8200 or 800-968-8628) so that we may reissue your access code.
