Variable Rate Information:  Your annual percentage rate (APR) may vary quarterly. Your account will be subject to a variable APR based on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Published Prime in effect on the fourth Tuesday of each month prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter (if published in a range, the highest number in the range will be used) plus a margin.  The rate is calculated quarterly by adding the margin applicable to the account to the WSJ Prime Rate, subject to any applicable rate limits or floors.

Visa is requiring consumers to enter a password when making Internet purchases from certain vendors with a Visa debit or credit card. This is called "Verified by Visa," and it is protection for you when you buy online. The password is linked to your card, not to your computer.
