CU+ is a special program designed for members ages 55 and above.

You qualify for CU+ benefits if you meet one of the following requirements.

  • Authorize direct deposit of your payroll or benefits check
  • Maintain a $2000 minimum balance in a Term Savings Account or an IRA

If you meet either of the above qualifications, you will be automatically enrolled in our CU+ program shortly after your 55th birthday. If you turn 55 and do not qualify, we will send you a letter and enrollment card asking if you'd like to qualify by meeting one of the two requirements.

  • No charge for one box (150 - 180 per order) of personalized checks.

  • No fee for withdrawals, deposits, or inquiries at non-UMCU machines. (NOTE: We are unable to waive the fee charged by other financial institutions for using their machine.)

Travelers Cheques and Cashier's Checks

  • No charge to purchase.

  • No fee for initial visit (Jane Bassett & Associates, P.L.L.C., legal firm).
